Nautilus is in the business of exploring for Seafloor Massive Sulphide ("SMS") deposits which are considered modern day analogues of Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide ("VMS") systems - a prime source of the world's onshore copper, gold, zinc and silver deposits.

Among Nautilus's cornerstone shareholders are three of the world's largest resource companies, including Anglo American (5.7%), Teck Cominco (7.2%), and Epion Holdings (22.4%).

Through a strong management team, a pre-eminent board of directors, a key technical alliance consisting of leading engineering and offshore equipment suppliers and leading geologists in seabed minerals deposits, Nautilus has the expertise to develop this global opportunity.

In collaboration with the international scientific community Nautilus is progressing its environmental base line studies and innovative exploration program under the banner of "New Vision. New World. New Resources."
