| | Vancouver B.C., November 1, 2007 - Nautilus Minerals Inc. (TSX & AIM: NUS) (the "Company" or "Nautilus") is pleased to announce that it has sent a notice of the Company's extraordinary general meeting ("EGM") and an information circular to its shareholders regarding the approval of the private placement to Epion Holdings Limited, as previously announced on September 27, 2007 and October 9, 2007. The EGM will be held on Monday, November 26, 2007 at 10:00 am at the Metropolitan Hotel, 645 Howe Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Options Exercised
In addition, the Company advises that as a result of the exercise of certain options, the Company has made application for 8,000 common shares to be admitted to AIM and TSX. The shares are expected to be admitted to trading on November 6, 2007.
