Nautilus Releases NI 43-101 Compliant Resource Report

Vancouver B.C., February 1, 2008 - Nautilus Minerals Inc. (TSX & AIM: NUS) (the "Company or "Nautilus") announces the release of the world's first NI 43-101 compliant resource report for a seafloor massive sulphide ("SMS") system at the Company's Solwara 1 Prospect, located in the territorial waters of Papua New Guinea ("PNG").
