Annual Report and Annual General Meeting

Toronto Ontario, May 2, 2008 - Nautilus Minerals Inc. (TSX & AIM: NUS) (the "Company" or "Nautilus") announces that it has sent its Annual Report and audited financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2007, together with a notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), to its shareholders. The AGM will be held on Wednesday June 4, 2008 at 10:00am London time at the offices of Numis Securities Limited, The London Stock Exchange Building, 10 Paternoster Square, London EC4M 7LT, UK.
A copy of the Company's Annual Report containing the audited financial statements is available on the Company's website at www.nautilusminerals.com and on www.sedar.com.
Options Exercised
As a result of the exercise of options, the Company has made an application for 14,600 common shares to be admitted to the AIM and TSX. The shares are expected to be admitted to trading on May 8, 2008
