Toronto Ontario, May 29, 2009 - Nautilus Minerals Inc. (TSX & AIM: NUS) (the "Company" or "Nautilus") announces that it has sent its Annual Report and audited financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2008, together with a notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), to its shareholders. The AGM will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. London time (BST) at the offices of Numis Securities Limited, The London Stock Exchange Building, 10 Paternoster Square, London EC4M 7LT, UK.
A copy of the Company's Annual Report containing the audited financial statements, and all AGM associated material (Information Circular, Notice of Meeting and Chairman's letter) are available on the Company's website at www.nautilusminerals.com/s/Investors-Financials.asp and on www.sedar.com.
