Nautilus has brought together an extensive group of engineering and technology collaborators from the offshore oil & gas and the metals & minerals sectors - the two industry sectors fundamental to the mining of Seafloor Massive Sulphides.

Technip is a world-leader in engineering, technology and construction services for the oil and gas and petrochemical industries. With a workforce of 22,000 people worldwide, and almost 7 billion euros annual revenue, Technip ranks among the 5 major players in full-service engineering and construction services in the field of hydrocarbons and petrochemicals. With nearly 50 years of experience in the design and construction of large industrial facilities. Technip is advising Nautilus on its offshore vessel and mineral extraction technologies.

Hatch. Hatch is a leading global consulting, engineering, technologies, information systems, and project and construction management organization that serves the mining & metals, energy and infrastructure sectors, through a network of more than 80 permanent offices worldwide. Programs and projects under management have an aggregate value in excess of US$20 billion. Hatch is an employee-owned company of more than 7,400 employees. Hatch currently has a team of 70 staff and consultants conducting front end engineering and design on Nautilus's proposed onshore processing activities.

Perry Slingsby Systems: Based in UK and USA, Perry Slingsby Systems is the world leader in manufacture of deep ocean remote operated vehicles "ROV's" for the oil/gas and telecommunications industries. Vehicles to 1,000HP are manufactured for applications such as deep sea trenching for pipe and cable laying and for sub sea construction activities to 3,000m.

Canyon Offshore is an international operator of deep ocean ROV's (remote operated vehicles) for the oil/gas and telecommunications industries. They own equipment for sub sea construction as well as trenching for pipe and cable laying at depths to 3,000m A company of the Helix Energy Solution Group, Canyon is the largest operator of ROV's in the Gulf of Mexico supporting the ultra deep development of oil and gas to 3,000m. They also service the North Sea from facilities in Aberdeen and operate extensively in the Asia Pacific region.

Voest Alpine is a subsidiary of Swedish based SANDVIK. A world leader in the manufacturer of road headers for hard rock tunneling and of bolter miners for the coal industry. Voest Alpine is providing cutting head technology to the project and has at their Austrian test facility, conducted tests of the engineering properties of seafloor massive sulphide samples supplied by Nautilus.

Williamson and Associates is based in Seattle and Houston USA where they provide specialist geophysical surveys. They conducted the geophysics program for Placer Dome in 2005 (now owned by Barrick Gold) that led to the delineation of the Suzette field in which Solwara 1 is contained.
